Previous Blog Info: Oct 9, 2008 This is Charlie Mann at his Garden "The Flower Basket" in the early years of it's planting. He died in 2001. He was our next door neighbor from the time he and his wife Lorna bought their property on South Maple until the end of his life. The garden still exists today... 543 S. Maple.
